Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Gift cards are not eligible for return.
If the item you purchased was damaged during delivery, the postal service is responsible. We may be able to assist you by providing photos of the item prior to shipping to help your dispute with the third party delivery service. However, we don’t control USPS, FedEx or UPS and have no control over conditions after an item leaves our possession.
However, some considerations may be made to help replace damaged items such as store credit or discount. This is entirely at GhettoGamer.net’s discretion and is not guaranteed.
If an item you purchased does not work but appears otherwise intact, contact Steve@GhettoGamer.net to explore resolution options. All products are tested thoroughly before being made available, therefore items that don’t work upon delivery are exceedingly rare. However, if you feel you’ve received an item that snuck through our process, a refund can be made after the return is completed. This is to protect ourselves from fraud and scammers.
After the 30 days have passed, items are no longer eligible for return or refund.
